Rates are based on single or double occupancy. There is a US$ 10 charge for each additional person.

All rates are in US Dollars. Major credit cards are welcome. Please add 17% for IVA and INTUR tax (15% Nicaraguan Government Tax, 2% National Tourism Board Tax). Please note all cancellations require a 72-hour notice. Late cancellations will result in one night charge.
